Interesting story of Yama

There is an interesting and humorous story about Yama. Yama had a human woman too as his wife . He had a son born to her. He was called Yama puthra. Though Yama was not in good terms with human wife later and had some fear complex too about her still Yama had very much affection to his son

Yama wanted to see his human son become a good physician. He told his son to study all about medicines. Whenever a patient appear he has to wait for the appearance of his father at the feet of the patient. If father appear he should not take up the treatment since his period was getting over

The fame of Yama puthra has reached far and wide. As the best physician on account of this. Once the king fell ill. Yamaputhra was called for . Yamaputhra started treatment . Yama appeared at the foot of Maharaja. But Yamaputhra was reluctant to leave the treatment of Maharaja. Since he is semi human he had some greed. He thought for a moment. He whispered so that Yama hear- " Thae, Amma varunnudu"(Mother is coming) To get ride of human wife, Yama ran away and king got cured and Yama puthra was complimented. I read this story in some mythology site years back!!!
